Debugging guides per platform

sGTMServer-side Google Tag Manager (or a managed sGTM service like Stape / Addingwell / TAGGRS / Cloudflare Zaraz). Detected when GA4 measurement-protocol markers (tid=G-*, /g/collect path) are sent to a first-party endpoint, indicating server-side forwarding to Google. The signal is "GA4 protocol on a first-party domain" — the actual server identity is inferred (most commonly sGTM); the supplier dimension (Stape, etc.) is annotated separately when detectable.
